Special Needs Programs HEALTH & WELLNESS
The HCA is a non-profit organization that provides programs and services for individuals with physical and developmental disabilities in the Greater Broome County area. Our integrated preschool, where special needs children learn alongside their typically developing peers, received the highest possible 5-star rating from QualityStarsNY. HCA also provides residential, respite and counseling services and Medicaid service coordination.
