From there\, enjoy Jamaican-rubbed steak with sweet potato pur e and honey-ginger glazed carrots paired with Maker's Mark 46\, followed by braised short rib Bolognese with pappardelle\, burrata and herbed focaccia paired with Knob Creek 9 Year. After a refreshing pink grapefruit sorbet intermezzo\, the featured entr e is a coffee-Cajun rubbed petite filet topped with fig and applewood-smoked bleu cheese compound butter and crispy shallots\, served over whipped Yukon Gold potatoes with haricot verts and paired with Old Forester 1920.
